Hi All, My question is me and wife are on Pending 485, EAD/AP till now, I have already extended my EAD but haven't extended my wife's EAD as she is not working. Do I need to extend her EAD ? (She doesn't have any valid h1/h4, but her I-485 is pending). Thanks for your advice.

Hi Positve4GC: When did you reply your RFE. I got RFE on march 16th and replied on May 24th and they received on June 3rd. Just wanted to make some kind of logic (like how many days after they issues RFE or receives the response)..

Hi Postive4GC Just wanted to give you update from my side, LUD on 06/03 stating that they have received response to RFE. What's next and when..

Positive4GC, lets stay in touch, finally today I am able to see the LUD saying that they have received RFE responses. So lets see what will happen next. Good luck to you ..

Hi Nisa and Positive4GC Which service center is processing you guys application, mine is VSC and I have the same case where RFE has been responded but no LUD or message change on USCIS's website.

I am not too sure but my friends lawyer told me it's 84 days, but don't panic before talking to your own lawyer. And also stay in touch because your case is almost same as mine...so we can share the info.
