    You don't need to apply for AC21. Unless BCIS specifically asks you for it, you can sit tight. In your case, most probably, it will never come to that. As it is, BCIS is approving many cases without RFE. Since you have already received and responded to one, I don't think you will be getting...

    You get an email only when the status of your case changes. If your LUD changes without a change in status, you will not get an email.

    Actually, some 2004 filers have also been approved. You may want to change the timeline mentioned. 2004 would have a greater impact, I believe.
