I was in the exact same state. here is what i did. called the emergency # repeatedly - you and a friend or wife can take turns and you will find someone who will talk. act fast and keep pounding the emergency#. make up a @#%^ing emergency story so that they look into your case. i had to do that...
you can appeal the decision. Talk to your lawyer. I hope you had filed AR-11 for change of address and had your address corrected on 485 application when you moved.
also, it is strange that you didnt rec. the notice, since it is sent to the law offices also. it is possible that they never...
these days they only do code-3 so not much of a pattern for new filers and 1st time FP people. for re-FP guys i can see a pattern that FP results in a change processing status.
how long have you been waiting for your card...if it is less than 2 years we could talk after 2 years. i don't think any body should be calling 3 times a day but we would like to hear back from you in 2 years if you are still stuck.
mine was approved in little over an year so don't lash back...

donot skip the FP. That way you will abandon your GC application.
It is good that sec. clearance is complete. so 1/2 the job is finished already.
rfe might be for anything trivial like BC, medical cert. or photo or signature.
is this FP code 3 or biometric one or you already did that...
