Like every one said your best bet is go to Indy and take the oath.
You do not want to be asking for changing the oath cermany to MI that might cause some more head aches on processing times.
Traffic Voilations from last 5 years is the only thing that you need to put in the application. I had mine from 8 years ago and the officier said that is not necessary.
I do not think procedures are different.
the photo should go on to your naturalization certificate that has the full signature on it.
I am sure they will ask you to sign the photo when you go for Oath.
I specifically asked about naturalization certificate expiration date, when I got mine last friday.
It will never expire and Officer told me "do not loose it then you have to re-apply for re-issuance"

Mine was for No reason
I had same situation with No reason did not mention any thing about two A files are any thing like that but within 45 days of my interview i did recieve my Oath letter and my Oath will be next week.
