    Thanks for your reply. Yes, I applied in CA. Non RIR in CA is very very slow. They are still processing 4/27/01. It takes a few months to clear out just one day's case.

    My company already got the approval notice for I140. I haven't heard anything from my attorney yet. I haven't received the copy of I485 approval notice either. I guess we just need to be a little patient. Please keep updated.

    I filed Non RIR LC and only have 1.5 year left in my 6 yr H1 period. Can I convert the case to RIR and also do 7th year extension for H1? Do I have to go back to my country for 1 year to reset the clock? Help please.

    Thanks a lot for your replies. Today my company got the approval notice for my I140. I think attorney will get the approval notice for I485 within a couple of days. I am so happy to enjoy the freedom.

    My I485 was approved on 10/25/04, but I140 still shows pending. Both LUD got changed one more time to 10/26/04. Do you think it is possible that my I140 is approved but just the status is not updated? Anybody experience this before?

    Hi, Everybody: I got the email for I485 approval notification, the email was dated 11:00PM last night. Online case status message got changed also. But somehow didn't get the email for I140, the online case status message didn't get change either. Anxious waiting for the approval notice.
