My sister obtained a B1 visa for business trip 2 years back. The Visa stamped was 10 year B1/B2 multiple entry. She now wants to visit for tourism/ visit family. Can she use the same B1/B2 visa or does she have to reapply for tourist visa? Thanks for your help.

You don't need H1 Once you have your EAD - you dont really need an H1b extension. Neither does your wife need H4 extension. You can travel and return on your AP - why even bother to get H1 B stamped in India, you'll have to go through an interview at the consulate to get it - seems unneccesary...

Please explain! I had my FP done on March 5th. My case status is still the same - " On Feb 20 we mailed you notice to appear for fingerprinting". So, I am in the same boat - Can you explain what you are doing? Is it possible to find out something from FBI? Thanks!

Same thing... With all case numbers, message is the same, it says access to online case status has been denied due to too many inquiries!
