    I have the same situation - I have had an interview in November 2004. I have contacted FBI but the only thing they said was that my case is pending. They gave the same answer to the senator who I requested help from. Does anybody have any idea what I should do???? :confused:

    If you didn't get any letter of denial, try to contact INS , if there is no replay then you need lawer for sure

    i can answer just # 4 from your conerns. Foreigh documents are - birth certificate, marrige cirt, divorce cert. All translated by certified translator Main thing - to make copies of everything to give them

    Need advice I was issued my driver's license by my EAD so they expire soon. Is there any way to renew my driver's license without waiting for my EAD renewal? By the way, I live in Colorado

    I filed my reneal for EAD and today I recieved a paper which says that I need to do biometrics again. Do I really need to do this even if they already have my fingerprints and stuff? :confused:
