I-485 status

I am new this forum, I filed my I-485 application on April, 23 2003 at Nebraska service center and finished my second time finger printes on 8/11/2004. Can some one please tell me the anticipated time to get my green card based the present situration.

My RD for 485 being April 4th 2003. Second finger printing was on November 27th 2004. Would like to hear from experts on approximate approval dates for 485 at NSC.

My 485 had been filed in December, 2003, and my name check still not complete. So, I don't know the dates

waiting since 2000

i was granted political asylum in 1998 and applied for a greencard in 2000. the receipt says the wait is 545-640 days but it has been over 1500 days, or 5 years. everytime i call they tell me they are so behind and that i just have to wait. i called and so many times i cant even get to talk to anyone. im so tired of waiting, im a student and got a scholarship to study abroad and i can not go. i want to live my life.
i have been in the US since 1992 and still dont have a greencard.
this is so depressing and since im a student i can only work 2 days a week and can not afford a lawyer. i just wrote a petition and i will get everyone to sign it. i dont know what else to do. i did i-485 and have a receipt for it. that was may 2000.
