My timeline is:
Sep 2024....I-730 submitted
April 17, 2025 Case Transfered
May 28, 2025 i-730 approved
Usually NVC should send welcome letter and case number after they receive my file but what I have learned from other applicants is to submit inquiry after 10 days (approval date) to NVC and they will email you the case number and invoice number. And now I'm waiting till next week to submit an inquiry.

So you received the letter on 3rd June but it stated that it was approved on the 23rd may

yes the letter dated 23rd May . Yours is on the way by God's grace, keep checking your mail because the status did not change so I wasn't expecting it
