I got an update on my case — it was approved on September 18th. Now I'm waiting for my new card.

Card will be mailed shortly

Its 150 days of date on your receipt not when you filled your application. So, Safer to send after couple of days...155 days

Hi guys… is there any delays on getting approval for EAD’s… I saw few of the ppl in Reddit didn’t got there approval yet even after applying for 150 days and waiting for 30days after giving application I-765 … let me know if anybody got approval who applied I-765 after Feb 15 2025

It’s for everybody …I just want to is it any delay going on …usually under Biden administration you would have get your EAD within 18 days of your application and we have a law from court saying that asylum EAD should be processed within 30 days of the application…so is there anyone who got EAD delayed recently

Hey, i know someone that applied under biden admin (October 24) for an initial EAD and it has been pending ever since, USCIS, congress man, expedite, emailing TSC, and dhs have been tried and still nothing. It was supposed to take 30 days but it’s been over 150 days and nothing
