I went NY DMV today, they didn't accept my real ID application: although I showed them EAD and pending I485 form. They are looking for approved I797 I485 form. Anyone from NY got real ID with EAD? Please share your experience. Thanks

I wasn’t Approved too. They said I don’t have all the paperwork to get it. I’m form NY.
 
Hello everyone, 42b Verbal approval in 6/6/22 I have a question, when you check your status in the app EOIR, does it appear as granted or pending? This is the date that the judge gave me the verbal approval and it always appears like that in the app. I'm confused because some people say it appears as pending.

Is there anyone else who says granted in the app and is still waiting?

All of us said pending. The way you're looking you're granted same day. Do you have a attorney. What kind of case do you have it.

You’re granted the same day!! You should have green card very long ago. Your attorney should guide you properly.

My lawyer says the same thing you say here. That I have to wait for an available visa and after that the judge signs and sends the approval letter and then I can have my GC.
What do you recommend I do?

i think you should call the number in the bottom and try to speak to secretary. because I think you should have gotten your card along time as well. mine says pending in all 3 boxes with verbal approval of 8/2022
 
Who was your judge ? May be new judge and he didn’t know process or your judge move anything possible, maybe your granted letter sent to another address, just visit the court or call court tomorrow and just ask for granted letter if you get it you are good to go, keep us updated good luck
