But I remember my attorney used to provide this docs but they have asked for the original, should I be concerned?

I applied for Asylum in Nov 2023 at the SF office and am still waiting for an Interview. My travel history is not available, but my I-94 record is available.

Thank you for letting me know on your case, means that, it is not really a sign of approval, cz you don't even have your interview yet, but your travel history has been removed aswell.

Hi, I have been waiting for my interview 3 years and 6 months. Currently my case is in LA asylum office. I was told LA asylum office is accepting only over 5 years waiting mark. I am thinking to file mandamus once I reach 4 years mark. Does anyone know what asylum offices don't fight back with 4 years waiting marks? Are there any asylum offices that would accept mandamus lawsuit with over 3 years waiting mark? Thanks all in advance!

I had my interview at the SF office almost two weeks ago, the officer told me to pick up the decision this week. Did anyone had the same experience? Did they have the decision ready? I had the interview at SF Office Oct 29, 2024. They said come back after two weeks, but before one day they informed my attorney to they will mail the decision. Still i am waiting.

Today USCIS case status updated
Decision mailed
Checked EOIR, Referred to immigration court.
9 years waited for the interview , and then 3 months waited for the decision. Now case referred to immigration court . And master calendar hearing is in early 2026.

If I may ask you, would you please tell me your timeline, I am waiting asylum decision and got got interview the end of oct.
My current status is decision after application is pending, were you experience application is pending on your case?
