Hi May I kindly ask you how to do that inquiry (request case decision)?
I never heard of that before, normally I just do regular inquiry to know my vase standing,
I have been waiting on my fecision since october 2024

Hey guys
I submitted I 589 on the 01/01/2025
Biometric 22/01/2025
Interview 14/02/2025
Status shows "decision pending "

After the interview, tge officer mentioned that I should expect a decision in 2 weeks... it's over 3 weeks now, no feedback.

Is there anything I can do?

Write an email to this office and ask a question.
It is normal for people to wait months for the decision.
However, noone forced officer to give you 2 weeks expectation. Therefore, you have all rights to request information from them.

Congratulations.
It's mind boggling that you requested expedited interview for health and they scheduled 1 year after...
Even when they do something good, USCIS don't stop to surprise and impress.

Hey friends, been following the chat for quite a while and red every page by page and it’s really helpful, my question is I had my interview recently and has been told to pick up the decision in 2 weeks from NJ office, I was wondering what the current trend is and if they are giving out decisions in 2 wks for real
