DV 2025 All Selectees (Consular Processing - CP)

Hi everyone.. Could u please help me ?

I received 2NL two days ago but when I check ESC page , this letter still the same as 1NL . I don't get any interview schedule information on this 2NL. Is KCC inform me the interview schedule date ? but why my ESC letter did not change?

I am interested in the answer to this. I also got the same. Are you based in Ghana?
 
Some patience, these letters will be for march interviews I believe so plenty of time.

you can certainly try contact kcc to get the interview date, but you will probably need the letter for the medicals.
 
There's a glitch in ESC that prevents people from seeing their 2NL. People that were previously scheduled and already had 2NL report it's now gone and the page reverted to the selection letter.

Hello I emailed KCC and I got my date for March 11th. I wanted to know if I will need a sponsor for the interview?
 
Hello greetings, please what might be the reason why my appointment letter was cancelled since November,and another has not been scheduled till now.
 
Hi I wanted to ask a question here. I currently have an admit for Fall 2025 and have recently received my F1 Visa. Now I probably won't travel till July the earliest. I wanted to ask since I applied for the DV lottery 2026... *If* i'm selected should I fill in the DS-260 whilst still in my home country or wait till I am in the US as I would not want a conflict of interest with "immigrant intent" at CBP. In the case that I should win I am not considering deferring whilst I sort out the process at home cause of reasons

Do you mean the embassy contacted you to cancel your interview after the KCC scheduled the appointment? Which embassy was this and how close to the interview date did it get cancelled? More information is needed in order to get an appropriate response.

It is a lottery, so wait and be selected as it is only at that point, depending on certain factors including the CN you end up with, that you be provided with appropriate information.

Ok I got my 2nl on the 19th of November,and it was scheduled for February 18th at the US embassy in Yaounde-Cameroon,but after one month,I got and email that the date has been cancelled,and I should wait for another date.This is January,I haven't gotten any response from the embassy,and I have already paid for the interview appointment and medicals.

1. Who sent you the cancellation email?
2. You paid for interview appointment? Where? There's no payment to interview appointment AFAIK for DV cases.
3. Also, do you mean you already completed the medical or you have paid for the medical?

I'm asking all these questions because it is hard for me to understand what you're trying to communicate.

Sorry to say this but something is wrong here. You only pay for the interview at the embassy/consulate at the time you go.
did you have an “agent” involved at any stage of this process?
Did you register your original appointment online like this official page tells you to do? https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/YDE-Yaounde.html

I really do not engage in private chats with forum members unless the information being shared contains personal details. The response to the questions I’ve asked do not contain sharing of personal details AFAIK to warrant responding to them privately or engaging in private chats.

Greetings to everyone here,

As a Syrian born Canadian. I am blessed to have found you guys but I owe Simon my life at this point. You guys are awesome.

By the grace of God, I was immediately issued my DV-1 Immigrant Visa from Montreal with no DS-5535 / 221(g). I had it endorsed at a port of entry by CBP the same day as I came from Toronto. Impeccable timing in my opinion.

xxxx AOS really, CP all the way every way. I will probably still have some annoying questions for you guys haha. Thank youuuu!
