Hi, I recently had to change states for a new job on a new TN. I had bought a home while at my previous job, which I have vacated. Can I put it on rent? I have heard one cannot earn any other income besides the one for which the TN Status was granted. Thank you.
@Aamir1 you can use a property management company, they will handle everything for you including renting, maintenance and tax work. I did the same when I moved from one of the states in North to South.
