When can I apply for citizenship?

I got married to US citizen in July of 2005. Received permanent green card in July of 2007. Got divorced in November of 2009, since then we don't live together.
Do I fall in category to file for citizenship after 3 years or after 5?

Unless you obtained your greencard as a battered spouse, you will only qualify as a 5 yr LPR applicant. Were you originally a conditional LPR who had to file an I-751 or did you get a 10 yr card from the start?

I got 10 year card from the start. no battered spouse situation.

so it doesn't matter that we were 4 and so years married, but because I had only 2 years and 2 month LPR while married to him, I will fall into 5 year category?

Under the 3 year rule, the marriage requirement to USC must be met up until oath so you don't qualify. You must wait to file under 5 year rule.
