What does the family based, F4 interviewed consist of? i.e a sibling of a US citizen
Hi I have a question . My PD was current last year in October (based on approved I 130) I failed to apply for f4 sibling Aos and then there was a retrogression. Will this affect me when I apply for aos when my PD becomes current next time?
If you are the direct beneficiary (i.e. your USC sibling filed the petition, not your parent's sibling), and you maintain legal immigration status throughout, this retrogression won't be a problem when your PD becomes current again.
However, if you overstayed or are a derivative beneficiary there are more ifs and buts involved.
I am the sibling of a USC and a 245(i) beneficiary...
