I-485. Part-1

Hey,

I've searched here but can't find info. On I-485. Part-1 The question "Expires on (mm/dd/yyy)". Is it asking the expiration date on the I-94 stapled inside the passport? or is it the I-20 form? The I-94 has D/S on it (meaning duration of stay)

Just a little background, I entered on a student visa (F-1) and currently I am out of status. So should I also write in Out of Status in question: "Current USCIS Status" or Student.

if you are out of status how you can file I-485??

Yup. Got married about 5 months ago. Getting all paperwork in order. I just need that question answered. Then I'll be all set. I'll take photos, make photocopies and sign all the papers. I'll be sending all my forms together. This site was very instrumental in helping me understand the process and get things done.

Hi, so is there no one who can help me answer those two questions? What should I put in as my status, and what would be my expiration date?
