Request For evidence??Helppp

Hi guys,

My wife and me applied for N400 on 29 march. They cashed and sent me NOA. We applied on the basis of 5 years, so We sent them application, pictures, copy of green card and check. We follow the checlist in N476 and it is the information that We hat to sudmit.

Now I checked in the website with our receipt number and show Request for evidence for both of us.
We didn´t receive the letters yet.

Somebody with this situation.

Please help
 
Everybody is in this situation.......wait for it...once it arrives respond to it accordingly....Also if you want to joint there are other threads for people in you situation...check out the March tracker and Aprill tracker...these two threads are for people like you and you will get a useful information...I too sent my application on March 29 and my status online says request for evidence...so joint the group...I see you posting here and there...but you will be better off joining the group...good luck

So What you say is that RFE is a procedure for everybody or are they going to ask me for something?.If so, what can they ask me for??

I think you have time only to post new threads...not to read existing threads that might be useful to you.....

Yes, you need to receive that...That is the first important step after you receive your NOA.

BTW, that is your finger print notice, not actually an RFE.

As the other member said, if you follow March and April tracker threads, you will get ton of information from fellow applicants who filed during the same period as you filed.
 
ICEWAY: It really seems as IPL-FAN suggested, you are only posting, but not reading...First read and then post....that is what I do..and if you do you may not even need to post...good luck

No problem... I totally understand. I was also just suggesting like faysal and asked you to follow Feb/March/April tracker threads..... Just like you, lot of others asked the same question. It will be fun to watch these threads as lot of others are in the same boat as you and can share their experiences/questions etc.

BTW, Could you post your timeline/District office (DO) in March and April thread so that the respective tracker (excel spreadsheet) can be updated?

Of course, I´ll do it. The only thing is that I don´t know yet what it is going to be my DO in orange County, CA. Maybe Santa Ana or Los Angeles.

HI. At this stage, RFE is nothing more than FP. In my case, NOA received but on line status did not show. So I called 1800# and was trans to IO and told me the FP date has been schaduled but the notice not mailed.(will be mailed soon). Hopefully this information is useful to you.
