Online US universtiy's MS eligibility for TN

This is probably acceptable for TN. However, be aware that the TN requirements are for bachelor's degree, and the officer is not required to accept a master's degree as a substitute.

For PERM/I-140?GC purposes however, only degrees from US-accredited (or their local equivalent) universities are acceptable, so you would need to determine that from the institution.

For what it's worth, I've never heard of a CBP or INS border agent refusing a Master's degree for a TN and insisting on a Bachelor's.
 
It's just that our poster obviously has an unrelated bachelor's degree, otherwise wouldn't be pursuing an MS.
Already this is an online MS, so is suspect.
