While vacationing in Lithuania in the summer of 2007, I met a wonderful lady. We corresponded periodically for about 6 months, then quite regularly since. She is a Doctor and a citizen of Ukraine. She currently has both a Shengen Visa and a US B-2 visa. Over the 1 1/2 years, she has visited me in the US 5 times, and I have visited her in the Ukraine twice. On my last visit in July, I ask her to marry me.
We plan to file for a K-1 visa this month. Before we do, we need to know if she can continue to use her b-2 visa while we applying for the k-1. She has a child and currently has shared custody with her ex-husband. Given her custody arrangement, she wants to make sure she can still visit the US for periods of a month or less until the K-1 visa is granted.
Any advice is greatly appreciated
