Atlanta Interview experice & Advice

Don't call it a "warning citation" in the letter. Just write warning. Calling it a citation makes it look worse.

Could it be actually the OP used the word "citation" either on N400 or during the interview and that is why the IO insist upon seesing court document?

A citation means a notivce to appear in court and of course it should be followed up by a court disposition. I hiugh suspect the this is caused due to misunderstanding: the OP got a warning but he told teh IO he got a warning citation and the IO think it is a citation and then logically request to see follow up

I'm thinking of starting a board game called "Could it be?" based on all the possible scenarios made about cases posted here. Anyone interested?:D

Those OPs should be blamed. They started a thread but never came back
to clarify. So who knows what have happned.

I think IO got confused and maybe because i said it was a warning citation. I have mailed him a copy of my DL together with explanation. I will update as soon as I get an update. No biggie.. Disappointed yes but life goes on. innit?
