applying for h4 visa

hi my friends

Here is my issue for applying the h4 visa. My I-20 is expired for almost two years and I am still staying with my girl-friend in America. recently we are planing for the marrage but I am not sure whether it is any chance for me to apply for h4 visa. I am afraid that I will be deported because of that. My visa is still valid. Can I go back to my country and come back America with the marrage vertification to prove she is my wife?

if She is US citizen then you can get Married in US and can file I-485.
 
There is a D/S sign on my I-94 with a stamp. The stamp does have a date with it. I am not sure whether it is the expiration date for I -94 or not. The date is Jan 6 2006. I believe that was the date when I came back US from my country the last time.

You are out of status dude, if your I-20 has expired. You need to be in school full time in order to maintain F1 or you must have valid OPT EAD and be working.
