Question about Physical and Contineous residence

I have to file for N-400.

I have lived out of US for 204 days in past 5 years. Neither of my trip were more 6 months at a strech.

Can anyony please tell me if I am okay with my contineous and Physical presence?

Does any one can please tell if I have violated either physical or contineous residence?

Looks like you're oke. You have to live for 3 months in one district before applying, though.

Yes I have lived in the same district. Can someone who has already become citizen please confirm if I am okay or not?

USCIS website says :

"has been physically present in the United States for at least 30 months out of the previous five years (absences of more than six months but less than one year shall disrupt the applicant's continuity of residence unless the applicant can establish that he or she did not abandon his or her residence during such period)
has resided within a state or district for at least three months "

Are they talking about six months overall or six months in one visit?
