Hello, I just get fingerprinted for I-485 and I-765 last week, but couple days ago my wallet was stolen with my B1-B2 visa, I-94, etc... Filed a police report, contacted the consulate of my country and they are going to provide me a new passport, but I understand that in the interview you are asked to provide proof of enter the country legally, in my case the B1-B2 visa and the I-94, not this new passport. The office that is helping me with the paper work says not to worry, but is that true? Is there something else that I can do? What should I expect? Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

Yeah, it's 102 - yr reason will be replacement of 1-94. Its very simple, comes with I think a $320 price tag. And since you have a copy of the I-94 you are set. It will be processed way b4 you go for yr interview. Done it b4.

It is the form I-102, $320. Talked today with USCIS office and they explained that even if the I-94 replacemet did not come before the interview at least I can show proof that I'm taking steps to replace it. The form is on the mail already.
Thank You again for Your input.

Good for you.

That is one expensive tiny piece of paper huh?

Well, that is just a scratch to the real problem if you consider canceling credit cards, and some other stuff, etc...
Another big problem is the driver license, since CA DMV requires SSN for DL which I do not have for the moment, and I can't leave US with the AOS pending to replace in my country the one I lost; and really (REALLY!) need to drive.
- unless I'm missing something? -
