I am employed with a US-bases company at its subsidiary office in Pakistan. Now this company is sponsoring me H1B. Is it OK? Can they do that? Or, my company can only sponsor L1 visa??? Please reply me URGENT. Thanks.

If you qualify for an H-1, they can certainly sponsor you for one.

They can sponsor H1 too, but L1 is easier.
