Regular (non-RIR) :Nov 6 - Nov 26, 2002
RIR : Apr 16 - Apr 23, 2003
 
Minimum salary

Hi Gurus,
I want to apply for labor (non-RIR) from Boston region. Will you guys let me know, what should be minimum salary (per annum) for the following job titles?
1Prpgrammer analyst= $
2. Software Engineer= $

Based on the statistics should i guess my case will be considered around Feb or March 2004? Pls let me know your comments?

How to verify the Labor Case no

Friends,

Is there a way to verify the State-Labor case number that i got from my attorney with the STATE DOL ?

I mean i am not sure whether i have the right number? My case number starts like 2002 .. and it is 9 digits.

This being a wintery, snowy and an essentially stay-at-home weather day in MA, and being unusually frustrated at my code, I thought I would try to write down the timelines for the most recent NON-RIR MA SESA filings, and to try and get other people to update it.

Any Nov,2002 case processed by MA SESA

Has anybody with Nov,2002 PD Non-RIR heard from SESA recently. Seems like the SESA is stuck and has not moved past Oct,2002 cases.

Pls update guys. MA SESA doen't look like an effective tracker ..:-(

Is your case still pending ? IF SESA has approved then my understanding was it will only take 4-5 weeks for REgional DOL to approve. Pls clarify?

I wanted to know the current processing date for RIR at MA SESA.

The website says 04/2003.
Is this right.

5 more months to go for me. :D
My application was sent on May and I believe my PD is May 23 2003.
 
What I meant was after 5 months my application may be processed by SESA since my PD is May 2003.

That's just my wish though :eek:
