Anuj said he didn\'t recd the reply from EDD well after his priority date became current.

This has happened to copuple of people I know.
 
Transmittal notice is the norm, but...

I know of people who heard abt the trx from SESA to DOL (thru their attorney) only after it was received by DOL. May-end is teh latest transmittal date I have heard. Also there is a case with PD June 18 who has not recv either a trx notice or a RFE...so if I were you, I wouldn\'t lose sleep.
 
yes you/yr attorney gets a letter from DOL indicationg the date and a case #

It should come in about 30-45 days of the case transferred.
My case was transferred to DOL on Nov28, which I came to know thru the AVM and I got a copy of a letter from my attorney on Dec 29 with the case # etc.
 
What is June 22 specialty ???

SESA processing June 22 nd from long time. What is June 22 specialty ?
Is it one more April 30 th ?

I forgot to do so when I called yesterday.

More ideas for questions to be asked:
1) how many June, 22nd cases they still have left ?
2) how many total June 22nd cases did they have ?
3) when they plan to be done with June 22nd ?
4) is June 22nd load exceptional, or should we expect days like this further on ?

Just don\'t abuse them too much, so they don\'t cut this number, depriving us from the last source of information.
 
Just called them

Hi Jester, asked all the questions that u mentioned... but as expected the lady did not have any concrete answers....

She did say that they have been at it for 3 weeks now.. with one day holiday.. she has no idea how long this would take but asked me to call up mid next week so that they would have more info( whatever that may be)....

There is no info on how many such Jun 22nd.....

It finally moved !!!

I talked to my lawyer today (I hate to bug that poor lady @ EDD every week ) he said dates has finally moved passed June 22 and now it\'s Jun 25 !!!

Cindrella, did you ask EDD person about the current date ?
I hope it\'s true, if it is, it will be a really good Valentine\'s Day ... even better if June 22nd doesn\'t become a pattern.

As for bugging people @ EDD, they\'re themself to blame. They don\'t have any other means of checking on their status. If they want, I\'m sure we could provide them with nice phone + web application, with nice database backend :).

asic chip - how did you find out?

How did you find out that your case has been xferred? Did you get a notice from SESA or did you get a notice from DOL? If from DOL, was it a receipt notice?
