Sesa currently processing June 7th

Looks like SESA stopped giving information on case statuses to the applicants. I was told by SESA personnel that they can give case statuses only to either the attorney or the Employer who filed the case.
 
My case is transferred to DOL on 21-DEC-2001-- What Next when should I be eligible for I140(Timeline

 
 
Duration for RD

Do you guys know how long does it take to get the RD after the application is sent to the DOL.
It took about 2 months for me to get the RD and my lawyer says it will take about 3-4 months for the approval.
Any comments.

It\'s all bad - SESA/DOL dynamics

Is there *anything* that can be done ??? Does somebody has an expirience on writing Califonia senators ? Should we send them a group petition ...

Unfortunately, I do believe that if we ever get our green cards, it\'s going to be not before 4-5 years, with this pace.

I called SESA, they are processing 12th june 2001 today....At least date is moving....:)-

Can anyone please tell me how long does it take after the RD to get the approval?. Is it close to about 3 months?.

June 14th is the key...

That is when the receipt number moved to 129xxx from 96xxx suddenly... so, I think that if we cross June 14th, it should answer a lot of questions that have been posted about the sequencing of the receipt numbers.. right ??
