Medical Exams...
There is a doctor at Fremont who will charge a basic of $150.00 if you have all the vaccination records. Usually if you don't have any records related to vaccination he charges $50 per vaccine (you will need 2 atleast). The blood test is included in the $150.00 For the TB...
cavenkat....Approval the same day!!!
Hey cavenkat,
Both of us got our approval the same day... I think our PD is the same too... guess DoL is a little predictable after all. Good luck with your next stage. See you in I140/485.
Labor Certification Approval!!
Hi all,
Just wanted to let everyone know about my status. Received an email from my attorney informing me of the approval letter which they received today.
Details in my signature.
Good luck to all and be patient... things work out eventually.
cavenkat: Priority Date 2002
cavenkat,
My category is EB2 and the LC was originally filed in CA. (SF Bay area actually).
Hope this answers your question.
And it is true that your PD is much closer to mine. So keeping in touch isn't a bad idea to see if things are moving.
I just...
PD2002, cavenkat
I have pretty much the same PD timeframe as you guys... Sep 2002. As PD2002 has heard from Dallas BEC sometime late June, it is a good sign. Hopefully PD2002 should get the approval anytime.
It is also a promising sign for the rest of the guys. I wouldn't worry too much...
mnhrdc...
I am sure glad to know that there are people like you who have good things to say and cheer up the rest... for some reason a few people on this board have been doing nothing but talk crap about others... but anyway, good luck to all!
Hey Mnhrdc.... good luck to you too! It is...
Add me to the list PD of Sept 2002...
Have a PD of 2002 ... received & responded to the 45 day letter early Feb... No news yet!!
Patience is the key guys... :)
PD in 2002....
I wish that were true... I have a PD of Sept 2002 and am still waiting. Quite a few people with Aug-Sept 2002 have gotten their approval.
So, its just some more waiting for a bunch of people like me. What I would like to find out is whether I am in the minority or the...
Hey GP111
Hey GP,
Congratulations on the approval! Hope you have a speedy trip to GC land ... hopefully by the end of the year.
Thanks a lot for all your help on this forum and hope you will stick around the forum and help more people on the 140/485 trip. :-)
IndiraGandhi...
Sorry to know that you have such an unprofessional employer. I would think it would be better for you to confirm that your LC is indeed being given to someone else. Talk to people around you; your peers and well-wishers in the company. Sometimes they might have an insight...
FLC Data Center...
Hey GP,
Although my case has reached Dallas BEC through SF Regional office, FLC DataCtr doesn't seem to have my case number? Is that usual or am I being paranoid?
Thanks in advance.
LC Case Number...
Does anyone know how I can find out the Dallas BEC case number for my RIR case? My #*&$&% company HR contact along with my lawyer, says that Labor Certification is company property and therefore cannot give out case numbers? Some dumb $#%^ reason...
Anyway, any insight would...
Real ID Act
If you have arrived in this country legally, then I think you have nothing to fear. As for the newspaper article, we know that many newspapers & media outlets like to create fear and apprehension, including the Indian Newspaper that you posted. Just because something is in a...
JW BEC Tracker Update
JustWatching,
Can you add me to the BEC Tracker List? More Details are in my signature...

GCCovet....
I think it is very nice of GCCovet to be able to ask everyone to move on after the all the things someone said to you.
I believe Indira is correct to say that the guy should be either kicked off or warned. This board works because of the co-operation of everyone on the board not...
Zurcaled,
I work for a company in the San Francisco Bay area and effectively did file it from California. I was under the impression that all cases at the Regional office in SF will be going to Dallas, TX. I might be wrong on this, but I haven't been following the transfer process too...
