I heard different opinion: in this case your GC will be denied and you will be deported from the US. Please double check.

I asked the same question to my lawyer about how soon I can change my work after obtaining employer based GC. He answered me very clearly that there is no specific law, which requres to staty with the company for a reasonable period of time and I can change employer any time.

shuguang, Thanks for the link. It seems I am not alone with my LUD after finger prints. They say if we would not be approved by end of this summer, then we may get in stuck in another backlog due to tons I140, filed after PERM approvals.
