NIW processing date is 26 Feb 2005 at VSC . Is there anyone out there who has filed before this time and still awaiting for the outcome?

Also, the I-485 processing date is 22 July 2004? Hence Question to experts: if there is a concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485 say in Feb, does it mean that I-140 would be tentatively processed earlier and I-485 later or how does it work?

I also noted that a lot of guys received fingerprint notices for applications filed later this year, I had a concurrent filing (I-140+I-485) with RD of 26 March 2005, and have not yet heard anything (NO LUD changes too) except that my EAD and AP were approved in less than a month. So does it mean anything like my case is gonna be processed slowly or.... :rolleyes:

Would appreciate if you could share your expert opinion. :confused:

In case of concurrent filling your I-140 and I-485 wiil be approved together at I-140 processing date.
