NIW processing date is Dec 09, 2004 at VSC

It is unbelievable, but the processing date is Dec 09, 2004 for NIW at Vermont Service center now. For last two month it jumped in 10 months.

I-140 ND is December 3, 2004
I-140 LUD is still Dec 10, 2004.
EAD: Dec 21, 2004
FP was done on May 02, 2005 (for I-485, concurrent filling)
I-485 LUD is May 03, 2005 (no message)

Who is in the same boat?
 
Cases outside the processing time at VSC

My ND is July 7, 2004 -- no update yet on my I-140 NIW. May be the file is gathering a nice layer of dust. Anyone else waiting for I-140 NIW decisions from that early?

My case is a bit complex. My H1 six year limit is getting close (early september). In case there is an unfavourable decision in my case, I would like it to come *after* the seventh year extension is approved -- it will give me some time to regroup and file again under EB1-OR, and appeal the decision.

In this scenario, is it prudent to call USCIS saying that my case is outside the processing time? Also, would the H1 extension be affected if I get an RFE on my NIW? :confused:

My I140 LUD changed to 5/26/2005 but no text change. What happened to my case? I'm so worried. :confused:

I think it is good sign that you got next I-140 LUD without a text message. It seems your I-140 has been implicitly approved and next is I-485. It may happen due to concurrent filling of these forms.

My finger prints were taken on May 2, 2005, I-485 LUD was changed on May 3, 2005 and I do not stiil have any updates on my USCIS account.

I found an earlier post talking about LUD not changing after FP ( http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=170014 ). Just FYI.

As of today, there's no update on my case. :(

Thanks for the link. It seems I am not alone with my LUD after finger prints.

They say if we would not be approved by end of this summer, then we may get in stuck in another backlog due to tons I140, filed after PERM approvals.

I received a message today by e-mail from USCIS that my I-140 has been approved on June 1, 2005.
