As I understand it You do not need parole if you are going for CP. I think to apply for EAD, you have to have applied for AOS (485).

Same case as Patta here Only latest paystub was asked for. Usually paystubs also state the consolidated earnings for that year (to date). Carry tax transcripts/ W2 for 3 years though.
