7th year extension

HI guys,
As per AC21, you can apply for 7th year extension. The only requirement is that there should have been at least a year of waiting, before you 6 years expires .( your priority date should be atleast one year old )

It does not differentiate on which stage in your GC processing you are currently on .

My lawyer had mentioned to me that it is possible to file for 7th year extension even if you are doing CP.

H1 extension - how much time taken

Hi,
 Does anyone know, how much time it is taking to get the H1 visa extension for another year?

Extend H1 - beyond 6 years possible

It is possible to extend H1 beyond 6 years, if the I-140 is applied or AoS is applied for more than 6 months prior (or so).

But apply for H1 extension positively or else you are out of status. Be careful.
 
Rajesh one more question about H1 visa extension

 When you apply for the visa extension for self and family, do we need to send the passport also along with the application? and do you know how much is the fee and what application needs to be filled etc.
