My packet 3 reached Mumbai consulate on Feb 19. Do they review the case before giving the appointment date or everybody pretty much gets an appointment date ?
There is no real "case review" generally unless they suspect some fraud
Usually, they will verify if all the required documentation is there (which is now done by NVC) and schedule an interview. CP is more or less just a formality for EB candidates.
