How long Canadian Citizen can stay in USA

This thread is long time ago. I am not sure if anything has changed. I can only find information (US state travel, CBP) about there is no need for Canadian to apply visa to USA but for all the websites I check, I cannot find how long they can stay. 1) One site says they can stay up to...

Applying using 5 years, need to send divorce decree along with the application?

In the M-476 Naturalization Guide, it says "If you were married before, send: Proof that all earlier marriages ended-divorce decree(s), annulments, or death certificates(s);". I am not using 3 years marriage-based method, so do I still have to provide copy of my divorce decree? Photocopy is...

    AR-11 Address Change

No, it wasn't foreign address. All addresses are in USA. Just that they are temporary for about 6 months on each friend's home until I settle down at my current address. So I was wondering what address I should put?!

    Travel before applying N-400?

My residency requirement is fine. But I am afraid that it will give the IO a bad impression for long vacation and think you still have strong tie to your home country?!!!

    AR-11 Address Change

If I did not come to this website, I did not know I have to update my address. This website is great! To update address change, the previous address is the one you stay prior to the current address? What if I only stay several months temporary at 2 friend's places until I find my perm home...

    Travel before applying N-400?

Hi, I am planning to spend 7 weeks vacation back home for my sister baby shower, baby delivery, and my own birthday. I have to take unpaid but it's a happy family event. Is it a bad idea to stay that long before applying N-400?

    Non-visa issue (social security credit)

Sorry that I don't know where to post this question. But since many of you are getting there to the citizenship, I thought some of you may have answers for me. I was on 1-year practical training (OPT) right after school in 1999. For OPT, we were exempted from social security and medicare...

Add Taxes & Social Security Topics

I think it will be good if we can add a separate topic regarding F1, H1, J1 (different types of visa status) in terms of their taxes, social security benefit/credits, responsibilities and retirement information. Thanks.

When I tried to search my ticket for amount owed, it says no amount due. Then I search the Ticket Status, it says online hearing is 'Admin granted claim' and balance is credit to Zero. Defense reason is just what I stated in this forum - State and Color of the vehicle is wrong. No trick at...

I just want to come back and give an update. I went to the NYC government website to dispute the parking ticket based on Vorpal's response. I did the online hearing. Put all my address, contact numbers, and reasons for my defense. I don't owe anything and I am clear now. I was hoping they...

Vorpal, There is a number that I can call. If I would like to call and dispute the ticket, is it still possible after 90 days? Or it will just cause me more troubles? I saw the ticket in the system and it's like $75. Thanks.
