My hope (not prediction) is that EB3 ROW becomes current so all the excess can be started to be transferred into retrogressed categories....hopefully EB2 India..

yep.. true...introduction of PERM would have seen a lot of EB2 India filings..looks like for us with post PERM introduction PDs the wait will be longer...unless some bill miraculously passes before that..wishful thinking..

No Idea I have no idea..I dont know what order they processed the GC. I think based on my experience they have 2 parallel streams going on one for cases transferred from CSC and other for cases filed directly in TSC..atleast thats my theory.
