Labor Cleared Finally I got my labor. My specifics are VA/RIR/May 2002/45 Day letter Feb 2005/Eb3. Man, what a long wait. At least its heartening to know they have not forgotton the Eb3s.

I am may 2002 and still waiting. I know people with April 2002 waiting as well. Any order to this ?

Where did you read that Canadian GC can work in USA on a TN Visa ? Everywhere it is mentioned that Canadian citizenship is a must to obtain TN visa. Also I read if you are a Canadian GC from a visa exempt country you do not need a passport Visa to work in USA. What does that mean ?
