Got my IL yesterday - Dec 17,2009 @ 11:00 .Happy for now , however CT is about two months behind than - Say CA .

Received Email this morning @ 5:30 Am - “This case has been sent for a standard interview’. Thank you all for your support .

Finally - Back in the game - 1st FP was declared LOST and had my second FP done on 15th Oct . It was processed and sent back the same day --

Had my Second FP done today . The ASC agents were fibbed that my FP was lost - and said that this was the first . They searched the system and could not find my old FP . I will check on the status tomorrow . I hope this puts me back in the game.

Congrads as your FP processing has been completed . I did a early walk in FP on 09/10 - I went back to the ASC on the 26th because they were yet to be processed by the FBI - I hit the roads to follow up with the service center ( Multiple times ) , Infopass ( twice ) . On 5th I received an email...

My follow up and constant pestering paid off ; I received a mail from USCIS today that said that I had missed my FP appmnt. I called and received the same response . I got an Infopass and cleared it up with the DO . There was an unexplainable issue - and so I will have to get my FP done again...

No updates as of today -

There was very low traffic at the DO and so was the staffing . It could be the workload like you said .

:) Humor that makes the situation a little light . You are right and they should have them on file . Your post keeps me focused to see the light - somewhere there . Keep me posted if things change .

and yes , the FBI has no record of receiving my FP .

The Infopass from today does not give me any additional information . The IO said that this was normal , the ASC might not have transmitted my FP . The Status on USCIS's database shows that the name check is pending - there was no information on the FP Status . There is no RFE at this time ...
