Atlanta rec date Sept 19, 03
No 45 day letter
It's almost summer and we still haven't recieved 45 day letter, I don't know how long it will take for the approval.
Zany Brainy,
If REG NON-RIR queue is April 2001 then my LC should have been approved long time ago. My rec date in Dallas DOL is June 2000. I did get the 45 day letter, it's been little over 2 months I replied back but no decision yet.
any suggestion or comment?
ACS 78,
Can you please ask your attorney if they recieved any Approvals from Regular Case (non-rir).
I initially filed my case in 1997 and Dallas recieved date was June 2000. It was a non-rir case.
Thanks
Avinniva,
Can you tell me where did you filed your LC from? I filed from florida around the same time on april, 2003 and file went to Atlanta DOL in Sept 2003 but no 45 letter for me.
Thanks
Good news,
I recieved a 45 day letter on 2-24-05, and my lawyer send in the request by end of feb. My PD REC was June, 2000 from Dallas DOL NON-RIR.
Didn't hear anything back.
Hey Guys,
Just to let you know , I did get a 45 day letter from Dallas BEC for my 1997 case which was forwarded to Dallas DOL in June 2000 (NON_RIR). It's been a month that we have submitted the request. Now I am just waiting to here for the approval from them.
bbli,
One of my old labor certification was filed in 1997(NON RIR) , went to DOL dallas in JUNE 2000. I just recieved the 45 day letter about 3 week ago. I have no clue when they will clear that case. I think Dallas BEC is slower than Philly BEC.
Avala,
I checked but it didn't mention anything about filing with a new company. It only said you have to withdraw your file from labor certification if you want to file under PERM with the same employer
Question
I would like to ask if you have a pending Labor Certification file in a backlog and you want to file a new Perm application from a different employer, can you able to do that?
If you want to keep both file active. According to one lawyer, he said you could only keep one pending...
I emailed on the address for philly and this is what i got in return
Please refer to your Email requesting status of your case.
At this time, we are unable to provide any telephone status information on Permanent Labor Certifications. All Philadelphia Processing Center files are being...
I agree the email is just an automated reply back, they don't have time to check every case individually to see if that case has made it to BRC or not.
I am hoping just like mito that our case stays at Atlanta DOL.
