Good News for 2001 people

I called my attorney today to find out about my Labor, he told me he got one approval which was of 2001 from Phila backlog, so from this what we can assume is they are started working on 2001 cases and i hope our cases will be done in a year or two.
just waiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiting and sailing across a big sea in a smalllllllllllllllllllllll boat........


I really dont know why they do like this, even if they assign this job for us for weekends we can approve atleast 1000 cases without pay to help our people.

Nope, no 45-day letter here yet also. I think they are going backwards with 45-day letters, hopefully we woud get ours soon also!

I guess most people with RD before Sep did not get their 45 day letter. I can't understand that except they misplaced those bunch .......

People are getting 45 days letter.Only June,July,August are not getting 45 days letter.Soon we will also get.

Any info about approval timeframes?

Hi Guys,
We already know that 45-day letter / data entry is not going as fast as DOL had planned. I was wondering if anyone's lawyer ventured to estimate how long we are looking at for approval? My lawyer said 1-1.5 yrs more, so just wanted to compare & get any other info from ppl in the same boat.

My RD(Atlanta regional) is Nov, 2003, post-sept case. Still no 45 letter yet. DOL claims they have no lost case. I guess I have to take this statement as my last resort.

In Dalas thread people are getting approvals after replying 45-day letter for 2001, 2002 and 2003 cases. I could not find any case of approval without 45-day letter. Since DOL is a government body, it is highly unlikely to approve without 45-day letter. With Sept 04 DOL Atlanta receipt date and no 45-day letter, I do not see light any light.

I hope we just get the certification instead of 45 day letter

I guess only kasid & powerman have got 45 day letter from pre sept 09 cases. Do you guys have any update? or anyone else got 45-day letter for pre sept 09 cases?
