I landed with my family in California 1 year ago, till now I am unemployed, I am spending from my savings... During the last year we didnt have any emergency -thanks god-that required visiting a hospital, I am wondering if we already have any medical insurance for emergency cases or not...

Funny I think it is safer to cross the borders illegally!! like illegal immigrants from mexico,, but in the opposite direction :) so u ll be sure 100% that no body have exit records for u from the USA..... :)

Definately it is stupid to lie, my home country is considered a 3rd world country,, and I swear they can figure out if a fly crossed the border or left!! I am sure they have the records in US too, but my point is that they have the records for other serious reasons rather than just to track...

exit record but when you leave US they are not recording that!! you just go to the airlines counter and take your boarding card!! Do you think airlines provide the exit records to USCIS ?!? thats possible, but I think it is for security reasons and to track criminals and suspicious people not...

1 year How will they know that someone is out for more than one year??? and when will they start counting??? since your last enterance or last departure??

I guess airlines take your information while exit and send them to USCIS. but I dont think they do that to track green card holders and bla bla. the system is designed to make sure that people dont overstay in US, after 9/11 events.. seeking for suspicious people is the main goal..

thank you for the answers. so if I enter USA in august and leave after 1 month, I have to come back within 6 months maximum , so I dont break the continous residency which I will need for citizinship, and they ll start counting since the day I set foot on US soil the first time,, right???

Guys I have a question.... Can I enter Canada by air from any other country rather than USA using my green card?!?!?!? Thanx

Hello guys, I got immigration visa through lotterry,, and planning to move to US soon,, my visa expires in december.. I am planning to go to US for less than a month to recieve the green card, with my family (wife and 2 boys) and then to go back to my home country to finish my work...

If we have 2 children, and we have like 30000$ in bank.. (my wife and I in 2 sepatrate accounts) will this be enough as we know no body to sponor us in US??? can u advise me guys!??
