i know it is 375$ for one:: but if we have 2 children : 3 years and 1 years should we pay for them too??

Then you must be prepared to pay $775 for the principal applicant and each family pays the same each.Good luck!

DS-230 $355 + DV Security Surcharge $45 = $400
IN ADDITION, you have to to pay $375 which is called DV Admin and Processing fee, so the TOTAL for EACH (irrespective of age) is 400+375 = $775.
email/call KCC and/or your embassy to clarify, if you want to.
