how long and who withdraws?
Guys,
My company converted my NJ EB2/RIR case (Priority Date : Nov 2002) to PERM in August 2006. Case status still shows 'In Process". Can anyone guess what are the normal wait times? I heard it first gets withdrawn. Who withdraws that application? employer? I'm...
How about filing a class action, on be half of all 300,000 engineers, for refund of "Social Security" and "Medicare" taxes we paid: Due to our job description being "Temporary" and "Non-immigrant" category? Instead of paying us in Billions, a quick Greencard will be a fix!!
Please Help..
Guys, if any of you have faced this situation, please help.
I was in US from April 2000 to July 2003. In the month of July 2003, I have applied for H1B transfer from Verizon Communications to Softengg Inc, a San Diego based company. Before that when I was traveling from India...

They haven't approved it yet! Their websites says they are processing cases of Aug!!!!!
Guyus, any suggestion.....??

inUSA2000,
Most of the times, our local attorneys won't bend their fat belly's to give us up-to-date information. NJ AVM seems to be accuarate. Otherwise, they'd be flooded with calls.
