Yellow letter to bring driver's licence

I got the same yellow letter (for my wife) to bring DL or ID.

I have applied for name change for my wife and thought hence they asked to bring DL.

did you apply for name change in your n400 application?

You'll need to bring some form of ID - how will they know that the person being interviewed is the same person who applied? In the absence of a DL, the GC should suffice.

Yellow letter is a standard letter requesting for ID, which may be your DL. One comment: if you have moved while your DL shows your old address, you should take a white card at the DMV with your new address and bring it to the interview. I was asked for such card at the interview, and, luckily, I had it with me.
