Wrong EAD time period in OPT application

My school's International Student Advisor made a big mistake in
my SEVIS I20 third page. She put wrong starting date for my
OPT EAD:
I applied OPT in 10/12/2004 and my proposed EAD start from
01/17/05-01/16/06. But in my OPT application and my I20,
the date is 01/17/04-01/16/05.
So is there any way I can correct this mistake before my OPT
application is processed in CSC ? My international student
advisor is already trying to correct the date in I20 :(

Any suggestions on this issue ?
 
you didn't look at your I-765 befire signing it? Did your I-765 have the right date in it????

You could try to send a corrected I-765 to CSC.
 
Push the International Student Advisor. It's his/her fault and s/he's responsible to correct it. The office should have some communication method with BCIS so I think BCIS is more reachable through the office than through yourself.
