Wowee!!I140 approved -EB3- Labor Sub

All,
Considering all that I had read about the GC process and Labor substitution cases in particular, I had braced myself for a long torture.Surprisngly see that my EB3 labor substitution case filed in march 22 has been approved today!!!

485 already applied and have EAD and AP....hopefully no issues with 485.This forum is great and thanks to all for info provided here and best of luck....

CONGRATS !!!!! I have lot my only companion on this board who had the same notice date .. hmm .. so you are one of the 4 approvals today .... :D :D Best of Luck .. I am still waiting .... :mad:

Congratulations on your I-140 Approval.

Did you get any LUD for your case before your approval or did you get a mail message directly about the approval.Did the LUD change for your case before you got the approval message??

dazzling - I will still be on the board here giving support ...I am sure yours will be in the short future...never expected mine to be so quick...was awaiting your updates to hope that atleast when they are done with 60-80 % cases for that date they would work on by case..


As far as LUDs go -

I140 ND - Mar22 04
1st LUD - Mar25 04
2nd LUD - July16 04 coinciding with 485 filing ND(Jul15 04)

3rd LUD - approval 16Aug 04

Also Just realised and wanted to add - my PD for pre-approved labor was mid 2000.Maybe this plays a part in the order of case adjudication?
