Working on H1, EAD pending,AP Approved.can i travel?

Hi friends,

Currently i am working on H1.My 485/EAD/AP is pending.
Suppose if i travel outside country and reentering using emergency AP and still my EAD is pending. After reentering can i still continue working with H1?

anyone have any thoughts,

Yes from those articles whoes link ginnu has posted, you can see that your status will he H1 even after re-entering on AP

However, I am curious and interested to know if you ask your lawyer the same question and what he/she answers to it.

Please do let me know what your lawyer says.
 
my lawyer's answer to the questions was "NO". but i would like to hear more opinions from others' lawyers.

You mean to say that you will not loose h1 status on re-entering on AP
or you will not keep h1 status on re-entering on AP
 
that makes 4 lawyers saying "person re-entering on AP will not keep his/her H1 status"

Are the lawyers getting dumber these days or are we interpreting (http://www.murthy.com/UDnewins.html) this article wrongly?

Is anyone of you a client of Mrs. Murthy? And if so, can you please ask her the same question.
