Hi Friends!!
I filed my Green Card Processing with an Employer (Sponsoring Employer) with whom i worked for 2 months when filed the labour. After that i joined another companies and worked on H1-B visa. But my Sponsoring Employer supported me by continuing Labour and 485 application.
I filed my 485 application with sponsoring employer in December 2002 got my EAD/I-140/FP approved when i am working for different employer on H1-B visa. I am still working for different employer other than sponsoring employer. Planning to join sponsoring employer after getting the final approval of GC.
But now i got an opportunity for which i need to Use my EAD. But generally people say that EAD has to be used to work with Sponsoring Employer only. The rules are not very clear about it. What will be the case in my situation can i use EAD to work other employer other than sponsoring employer.
Will i get RFE or rejection if i start using it?
